🐾 30-Day Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

If your pup hasn’t cozied up to their new bed yet, we understand — and we’ll help you find the right fit.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, simply email us at royaldencs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.


Please note:

* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

* We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.


🔁 Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return is complete.


🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders


If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right — swiftly and sincerely.
