At RoyalDen, every order is handled with the same care and attention we pour into our products - because your companion deserves nothing less than the very best.

 

📦 Processing Time

Each Royal Den order is carefully prepared within 1–3 business days. During promotional periods or high-volume times, processing may take an additional day — but we promise, the wait is worth it. 

 

 🚚 Shipping Time

Once your order leaves our hands, it will arrive at your door within 2–5 business days, depending on your location. All orders ship with tracking, so you can follow their journey from our den to yours.

 

📍 Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers. Total delivery time (including processing) typically ranges between 4–8 business days.

🌍 International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We’re working to expand our reach — and will soon bring the Royal Den experience to companions around the globe. Reach out for possible custom shipping!
